Refund Policy

Before delivery starts

Cancel a paid campaign before it goes live and you get the full amount back, no questions asked.

While a campaign is running

Pause or cancel any time. We work out the views already delivered at your campaign rate and refund the remaining budget. Example: on a $99 campaign that delivered half the estimate, roughly $49 goes back.

If we deliver less than estimated

Where a finished campaign lands under its estimate, we top the delivery up at no cost or refund the difference — your choice.

How to ask

Email support@pressplayads.com from your account address with the campaign link. Card refunds return to the same card in 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds go to the wallet you nominate.

Where refunds do not apply

• Views already delivered.
• Campaigns stopped because the content broke clause 3 of the Terms.
• Channel actions taken by YouTube for reasons unrelated to our campaigns.
